1. Introduction

Fanuda is a subscription-based platform that allows verified Creators to share exclusive faceless content with Fans. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fanuda. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

 

2. Eligibility

To use Fanuda, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction;

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts;

  • Not be prohibited by law from using our services.

 

3. Key Definitions

  • “Fanuda”: Our website and services at www.fanuda.com.

  • “User”: Any registered individual, whether a Creator or Fan.

  • “Creator”: A User who uploads and monetizes faceless content.

  • “Fan”: A User who subscribes to or purchases content from Creators.

  • “Content”: All media uploaded to the platform by Creators.

  • “Subscription”: A recurring agreement granting a Fan access to a Creator’s content.

  • “Faceless Content”: Content that excludes facial features or any directly identifying visuals.

 

4. Faceless Content & Identity Protection Policy

Creators on Fanuda must not display their face unless the following conditions are met:

  1. A Fan pays for special access to facial content;

  2. The Fan signs a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA);

  3. The Creator gives explicit written consent for such exposure.

Unpermitted face reveals are a serious violation and may result in account termination.

 

5. Account Registration

Users must:

  • Provide accurate and verifiable information;

  • Choose a secure password;

  • Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Creators must also:

  • Undergo identity verification;

  • Connect a valid PayPal account for payouts;

  • Accept the platform’s Creator Terms and payout structure.

 

6. Content Guidelines

You may not upload or distribute content that:

  • Involves minors or non-consensual acts;

  • Contains violence, threats, hate speech, or harassment;

  • Reveals personal data, including faces (unless NDA-approved);

  • Infringes upon intellectual property rights of others;

  • Violates any law or regulation.

Fanuda reserves the right to monitor, remove, or report content that violates these guidelines.

 

7. Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed securely via PayPal.

  • Subscriptions are charged in USD and auto-renew unless canceled.

  • Fanuda retains 15% of all Creator earnings as a platform fee.

  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added based on your location.

 

8. Refunds and Disputes

Fanuda follows a no-refund policy, similar to OnlyFans:

  • All sales are final.

  • Refunds or chargebacks may only be issued if required by law or enforced by PayPal.

  • Repeated or abusive refund attempts may lead to account suspension.

 

9. Creator Earnings and Payouts

  • Creators receive 85% of Fan Payments, less any PayPal or legal deductions.

  • Payouts are made once thresholds are met.

  • Fanuda may withhold earnings in cases of:

    • Disputed transactions;

    • Violation of Terms;

    • Suspected fraudulent activity.

 

10. Ownership and Licensing

  • Creators retain ownership of their content.

  • By uploading, Creators grant Fanuda a worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

    • Host, display, and stream content;

    • Use content for platform-related promotion (only with permission).

Fans may not reproduce, share, or redistribute any content. Doing so is a violation of intellectual property law and may lead to legal action.

 

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Fanuda may suspend or delete accounts:

  • For violating any terms;

  • For legal compliance;

  • Upon confirmed abuse or fraud.

Users may also delete their account via their account settings. Upon deletion, all content and earnings may be forfeited.

 

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Fanuda provides services "as-is" without warranty. We are not liable for:

  • User-generated content;

  • Unauthorized use or leakage of content;

  • Loss of profits, data, or identity from content circulation;

  • Platform downtime or service interruptions.

 

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA.

  • You agree to notify us of any disputes and submit to good-faith mediation before pursuing legal action.

  • All disputes shall be handled in the courts of King County, Washington unless otherwise required by law.

 

14. Changes to These Terms

Fanuda may amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be posted on the website or emailed to you. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
